We’re always looking for ways to make your race day experience better at Hamilton Karting Complex, and for 2025 we’re excited to introduce something new that’s going to make a big difference—Track Tune! Starting this season, we’ll be using Track Tune at all of our events, including:

Canadian Mini Indy Club Races
Hamilton Regional Kart Club (HRKC)
RMC Ontario
Special events throughout the year

What is Track Tune?

Track Tune is a free app designed specifically for motorsports events, keeping you informed in real time. No more wondering what class is on grid or whether the race has been declared a rain race—Track Tune puts the info you need right in your ear.

It’s simple to use:

Download the Track Tune app (it’s free!)
Find your event
Connect your listening device (earbuds, Bluetooth speaker, etc.)
Press play and listen live!

Track Tune is already being used at motorsports venues all over, and we’re thrilled to bring it to Hamilton Karting Complex for 2025!

Why We’re Using Track Tune

Let’s be honest: keeping everyone informed during a busy race day is tough. We’ve got a PA system, but unless you’re lucky enough to be pitted close to a speaker (and not drowned out by engine noise), you probably won’t hear the announcements.

We also have an FM radio signal, but let’s face it—who’s carrying around an FM radio anymore? That’s why Track Tune felt like such an obvious choice for us. It’s modern, it’s easy to use, and it solves a big problem for racers and teams.

How We’ll Be Using It in 2025

At most events, Track Tune will be your go-to source for live updates and important announcements, like:
What class is on grid
Who’s up next
Rain race declarations
Schedule updates

And we’re just getting started! As we move forward, we may even expand our use of Track Tune to include commentary or race coverage in the future.

How to Get the Most Out of Track Tune

For the best experience, we recommend setting up a Bluetooth speaker in your pit area and leaving Track Tune running in the background.

Listening to music? No problem! Track Tune will cut in automatically whenever an announcement is made, so you won’t miss a thing.

As our paddock gets bigger and more spread out, we hope this will help everyone stay in the loop, whether you’re waiting for your session or chilling in your pit area. No more missing your call to grid—or showing up way too early because you weren’t sure where we were in the schedule.
